Rosalind A. (Roz) Prizio

Roz Prizio earned her real estate license in 1985 and has been actively selling real estate ever since. She has been certified by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) to teach "Diversity" nationally. On the state level, Roz served on the Legal Committee at the New Hampshire Association of Realtors® (NHAR).

Roz is actively involved with the Granite State South Board of REALTORS® (GSSBR). She has served on the GSSBR Board of Directors for 15 years and was elected President Elect of the Board for 2011 and President of the Board for 2012. She has also served as Secretary of the Board, Chair of the RPAC Committee, Chair of the Diversity Committee, member of the Finance Committee, member of the Communications Committee, member of the Bylaws Committee, member of the Grievance Committee and member of the Community Service Committee. She was awarded the President's Award in 2005 and 2007, for outstanding REALTOR service. Named Realtor of the Year in 2013.

Roz ownes and operates the ROZ PRIZIO SCHOOL OF REAL ESTATE in NH.
